1.Introduction to Luliang Economic and Technological Development Zone

Luliang economic and technological development zone is a provincial level development zone in August 2018, the provincial government approved the establishment, planning a total area of 36.5 square kilometers, by the digital economy industrial park, advanced manufacturing industrial park and industrial park "area of three parks" modern service industry, QiBu District covers an area of 15.8 square kilometers, jurisdiction involved 43 administrative villages, has a population of 53799 people. It has obvious geographical advantages and unique resource endowments. It has three convenient external transport channels, namely, air, railway and highway, and complete infrastructure, such as water, electricity, road, gas and heating networks. It USES the provincial capital taiyuan as a pivot to actively connect Beijing, tianjin, hebei and the eastern coastal areas, and plays the role of "One Belt And One Road" energy channel.

At present, Lvliang Economic and Technological Development Zone is building an industrial development system featuring new equipment, new energy, new materials, big data, big health, and big culture and tourism. With large space and strong potential, it is hoped that both sides can reach cooperation in the following aspects:

a)A registered foreign company or a Sino-foreign joint venture company shall cooperate on productive strategic investment projects based on the new materials industrial park.

II. Countries for cooperation :

North China High-tech Industrial Development Zone, formerly known as Taiyuan Stainless Steel Industrial Park, was designated as a provincial development zone by the National Development and Reform Commission in April 2006. It was officially renamed North China High-tech Industrial Development Zone in April 2020 . The high-tech zone has won national titles like national industry demonstration base for new industrialization and national pilot zone for innovation-oriented industrial clusters .

Intention of cooperation :

As dominating industries in North China High-tech Industrial Development Zone are new information technology , new materials and intelligent manufacturing, We hope to introduce projects with large investment and good market prospect (substantial tax revenues),which use advanced technologies and can drive industrial development.

It is the only high-tech enterprise in Shanxi Province engaged in the research and development, production and application of new composite and soft magnetic materials. The company has capabilities of making alloy powders by gas-atomization and mill-fragmentation, producing magnetic powder cores and providing solutions for magnetic components. The annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of powder materials and 5,000 tons of alloy cores. It is one of the few enterprises in China that can produce a full series of alloy cores.
